Founded in 2015, Zhongxin Power (Tianin) Bicycle Co., Ltd is a leading and professional E-bike and Bike manufacturer withR&D, production, and sales integration. Covering an area of 30, 000 square-meter new site in Balitai industrial Park in Tian-jin Jinnan District, ZX Power now owns 6 assembly lines with annual ebike capacity of 400, 000PcS and normal bikescapacity of 600, 000PcS. Moreover, ZX owns 1 in-house alloy frame/fork production workshop, 3 in-house painting production lines (3 liguid ines and 1 powder line) as well as a testing center with all ebike and bike testing equipment avallable toensure our products meet the highest level of the industry standard.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a professional eBike and Bicycle Manufacturer with 6 assembly lines, andan in-house alloy frame and fork production workshop, an in-house painting production lines (3 liquid lines and 1 powder line) as well as a comprehensive testing labwith all ebike and bike testing equipment available in Tianjin, China. Meanwhile, wehave overseas assembly plants in Poland and Portugal.
Q: Can l order a sample?And what is the regular lead-time for a sample?
A: Of course, you can! We would be glad to offer you a sample for quality inspection.The lead-time for a sample normally takes 20 - 30 days depending how complexity ofthe product could be.
Q: What is the lead-time for an official order?
A: Normally, if the production is made in our factory in Tianjin, China, depending onproducts specification, it shall take 45 - 60 days from the day we receive your deposit.However, if the production is made in our overseas factories, like Poland or Portugal,.it shall take around 120 days.
Q: What colors are available?
A: As an OEM manufacturer, we could almost make any colors according to yourneeds.
Q: Can l have my own customized products?
A: Of course, you can! As an OEM manufacturer, we offer customization productsand services such as colors, logos, designs, packagings, owners manuals, etc. How-ever, this would require a minimum order quantity, please feel free to ask us for moredetails.
Q:What kinds of payment terms are avaialble?
A: Our company's main payment term is TT 30% deposit, balance at sight against tothe copy of BL; However, we could also accept irrevocable L/C at sight if your pay-ment exceeds 100,000 US dollars.
Q: Can l mix different models and colors in one offical order?
A: Yes, you can. However, it is not recommended to place a mix order with morethan three models especially when they are in different packaging sizes. Becausedifferent packaging sizes will affect the maximum utilization of the overall containerspace, thus increasing your transportation costs.
Q: Should l order spare parts for the first order?
A: Spare parts are very necessary for the after-sales services. We'd high suggest thayou order some spare parts especailly the electric components together with your official order. We could give you some suggestions on e-parts qty(s) based on our experience if you need. Pls feel free to contact our sales representatives.
Q: What are the terms of your warranty?

Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: We regard quality as the "life" of the factory, and we always attach great impor-tance to quality control from the initial to the last step of container loading. Everyproduct will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packaging and transporta-tion.

2. Our testing lab is equipped with all kind testing equipments with the same testingmethodology as SGS / TUV to ensure the lQC and FQC to meet the highest level ofthe industry standard;
